The terms for using Zemo.

These terms describe expected use of Zemo and the responsibilities of users who manage business finance workflows in the app.

Use of Zemo

Zemo provides business finance workflow tools for invoices, receipts, documents, products, subscribers, transactions, and settlement-related configuration. Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and using the service for lawful business purposes.

Accounts and access

Access may require email OTP, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, or another approved authentication method. Users are responsible for activity that occurs through their account and should contact support if they suspect unauthorized access.

Business records

Users are responsible for the invoices, receipts, documents, product data, subscriber data, and other business records they create or upload. Zemo may process this information to provide the requested app features.

Payments and processors

Zemo may display or support payment workflow information and payment processor configuration. Any payment processing terms from third-party providers apply separately where those services are used.

Service changes

Features may be updated, improved, limited, or discontinued as the product evolves. Continued use of Zemo after changes means the user accepts the updated service experience.
