Information Zemo collects

Account and profile details, including name, email address, phone number, company details, role, and account identifiers.
Business finance records, including invoice details, receipt details, product records, subscriber information, transaction activity, and settlement configuration.
Files and documents that users upload or open in Zemo, including PDFs and receipt or invoice images.
Authentication and device-related data required to keep sessions secure, including secure tokens and identifiers used by supported sign-in providers.

To provide account access, authorization, invoice workflows, receipt uploads, document viewing, product management, subscriber tracking, and payment workflow visibility.
To send operational messages such as invoice links, account notices, support replies, and service updates.
To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of the app and related services.

Zemo may use service providers for authentication, infrastructure, email delivery, document storage, and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to support Zemo services.
Supported authentication flows may include email OTP, Google sign-in, and Sign in with Apple.

Business records are retained for as long as needed to provide Zemo services, comply with operational requirements, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Zemo is designed to use HTTPS for production API communication and secure storage for session tokens on supported devices.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Zemo applies reasonable safeguards for business and account information.
